基于S7-400 H、PROFIBUS-DP及以太网总线的起重机控制网络系统

摘要

According to two 600t gantry cranes in Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group,the paper introduces the cranes in parallel operation based on Ethernet bus communication in the S7-400H PLC+PROFIBUS-DP bus grid +ABB frequency conversion electric control scheme,and describes typical application of S7-400H,PROFIBUS-DP site bus,and Ethernet bus in cranes.%以神华宁煤集团的2台600 t门式起重机为依托，介绍了采用西门子S7-400H PLC＋PROFIBUS-DP总线网络＋ABB变频调速电气控制方案的起重机进行基于以太网总线通信的并车功能为例，阐述了 S7-400H、PROFIBUS-DP现场总线及以太网总线在起重机上的典型应用。
