基于 AMESim 的装载机动臂势能回收系统研究

摘要

以17 t装载机为研究对象，对装载机工作装置的动臂液压系统进行分析研究，提出一种带势能回收的装载机动臂液压系统，应用AMESim仿真软件建立了相应的仿真模型，通过与传统装载机动臂液压系统对比，并结合相应的仿真曲线，验证了设计方案的可行性。%With the 17t loader as a study object , the paper analyzes the lift arm hydraulic system of the loader , and puts forward a lift arm hydraulic system with potential energy recovery.Corresponding simulation model is built by AMESim simulation software.Through comparison with traditional lift arm hydraulic system , considering corresponding simulation curve, feasibility of the design scheme is verified in the study.
