新型混合动力挖掘机动臂势能回收系统研究

     

摘要

针对目前混合动力液压挖掘机工作装置势能有效回收的难题,设计了一种采用蓄能器与液压马达的新型动臂势能回收系统.以某小型挖掘机为研究对象,在AMESim环境中建立液压系统模型,基于PID经典控制的电机恒转速控制策略,通过Adams与AMESim联合仿真动臂下放时的变负载工况,得出整个系统的势能回收率.理论分析与仿真结果表明,势能回收系统可以有效回收动臂下放时的势能,并且具有动态响应快、电机的发电效率高的特点,大大提高了系统的势能回收率.%At the current, the potential energy of working device has not been achieved for recovery effectively in hybrid hydraulic excavator, a new system of boom potential energy recovery which contains and hydraulic motor was designed. A mini-excavator of Sunward was analyzed in this system, and its hydraulic system simulation model was established in AMEsim simulation environment. A type of motor speed constant control strategy based on the classic PID control was applied. The Adams and AMEsim co-simulation was used to calculate the variable load owing to the boom falling down. Finally, the efficiency of the whole system' s potential energy recovery was obtained. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that, the new system can effectively recover the potential energy, and has the characteristics of good dynamic response and higher efficiency of the motor regeneration, which improves the efficiency of the whole system' s potential energy recovery.
