900 t大型造船门式起重机柔性铰修理工艺

摘要

In terms of the situation where it's required to dismantle for repairing any damage to the flexible hinge of 900 t ×165 m gantry crane in certain ship-building factory,under the condition without towers,it's proposed to use large jack to lift the main beam for the first time,to remove the flexible hinge with frock and replace with new upper pin to elimi-nate the failure.It has been found that the technology method of repairing failure of flexible hinge with the jack and frock is simple and feasible,safe and reliable,providing significantly low maintenance costs,compared with previous method of erecting the tower.%针对某造船厂900 t ×165 m门式起重机柔性铰使用过程中损坏需要拆出检修，在没有塔架的条件下，首次尝试使用大型千斤顶将主梁顶起，配合专门的工装将柔性铰拆出，更换新的上部销轴以排除故障。实践证明，利用千斤顶和专门的工装配合修理故障柔性铰的工艺方法简便可行，安全可靠，与以往通过竖立塔架的方法相比，维修费用大大降低。
