一种造船门式起重机柔性铰更换方案设计

介绍了80 t造船门式起重机柔性铰更换方案,并对关键部件进行了计算分析,保证了方案的可靠性和安全性.柔性铰修复后排出了故障,运行平稳,达到了要求.此方案已成功应用在工程实践中,不仅节约了成本,而且大大缩短了维修工期,更换方案可为类似工程提供借鉴.%This paper introduces the flexible hinge replacement scheme for shipbuilding gantry crane, with calculation and analysis of key parts to guarantee the reliability and safety of the scheme. After the repair of flexible hinge, the failure is removed so that the crane performs well and stably, and meets the specific requirements. The scheme hag been successfully used in the engineering practice, realizing saved cost and significantly shortened repair time. The replacement scheme in this paper provides excellent guidance to similar projects.
