To improve reliability of the port machinery,redundancy function of the drive gains great popularity in wharfs all over the world.The paper describes the specific method for realizing multi-switching multi-redundancy func-tion through Simotion software axis in the aspects of hardware composition and software configuration.%为了提高港口机械机设备的可靠性，驱动器冗余功能被世界各地码头所青睐。从硬件组成和软件配置2方面讲述了通过Simotion软件轴来实现驱动器多切换多冗余功能的具体方式。
