紧凑结构起升机构的双制动器改造

摘要

通过对RTG起升机构增加双制动器技改方案的分析, 设计一种适应于紧凑结构起升机构高速轴双制动改造的专用制动器, 结合改造实施与验证, 为解决类似起升机构使用中存在制动失效的安全隐患, 提供一种经济、 可行、 安全可靠的技术改造方案.%Through analysis on the technology transformation plan that adds dual brake on RTG lifting mechanism, a special brake suitable for high-speed axis dual-brake construction of the compact lifting mechanism is designed.Through application and verification, the technology transformation plan proves to be economically efficient, feasible, and reliable to solve the problem of safety hazard in case of braking failure during the operation of similar lifting mechanisms.
