起重机卷筒制造关键技术研究

摘要

The paper studies some critical procedures for manufacturing the crane reel mechanism, and improves cer-tain bottleneck process in the critical production flow.Through research, development, and repeated site test, the mechani-cal cleaning technology for straight welded joint and circumferential weld, and automatic submerged arc welding for narrow gaps are successfully applied in reel production, which has significantly improved production efficiency of reel products.%围绕起重机机构卷筒制造的关键工序进行研究, 针对生产流程中关键路线上的瓶颈工序进行改造升级. 通过研究开发和现场反复试验, 在卷筒生产中成功应用了直焊缝和环焊缝机械清根技术以及窄间隙自动埋弧焊等新技术, 使得卷筒的生产效率有了较大幅度提升.
