备胎架收放装置液压系统的优化改进

摘要

This paper studies and analyzes the causes for large impact vibration and unstable motion of the hydraulic system of a vehicle during the retracting and extending process of spare tire carriers,and provides the optimization and mod-ification of the hydraulic system of the retracting and extending device. The result shows that,adding a balance valve in the hydraulic system can effectively deal with the unstable motion of the spare tire carrier.%对某型车液压系统在进行备胎架的收放过程中出现冲击振动大、运动不稳定等现象产生的原因进行了研究分析，并对该备胎架收放装置液压系统进行了优化改造。结果表明，在液压系统中增加平衡阀可有效解决备胎架运动的不稳定问题。
