编码器在大型造船门式起重机中的应用

针对大型造船门式起重机起重量大、 跨度大和起升高度高等特点,介绍了编码器在起重机闭环同步控制、 行程测量中的应用,使起重机能安全可靠运行.对于同类型起重机设计具有参考和借鉴意义.%In view of characteristics of the large-scale ship-building gantry crane like large elevating capacity, large span, and high lifting point, the paper introduces the application of the encoder in synchronous closed-loop control and stroke measurement, to make sure that the crane operates safely and reliably, providing reference and guidance for desig-ning similar cranes.
