the container crane steel structure is large and welded by many medium-thick plates during production. Their splicing efficiency and quality have a direct effect on the product delivery cycle and structure safety. To solve such problems as complex process of container crane girder plate splicing, difficult rolling over, large welding deformation, and low efficiency, the paper proposes the adoption of multiple wire submerged arc hybrid welding technology to realize the one side welding with double shaped of medium-thick plate splicing. Compared to traditional manufacturing process, the one side welding with double shaped of multiple wire submergedarchybrid welding not only can satisfy the welding quality, also simplifyproduction process, improve production efficiency, reduce production cost, andrealize green production.%集装箱起重机钢结构属于大型钢结构,在生产过程中存在大量的中厚板拼板焊接,中厚板拼接效率和质量直接影响到产品交货周期和结构安全性.为解决集装箱起重机大梁拼板工序复杂、 翻身困难、 焊接变形较大、 生产效率低下等问题,文中提出采用多丝埋弧复合焊新技术,实现中厚板拼接单面焊双面成形.与传统制作工艺相比,多丝埋弧复合单面焊双面成形技术在满足焊接质量的条件下,可简化生产工序,提高生产效率,降低生产成本,实现绿色生产.
