H型钢双丝埋弧焊不清根全熔透焊接工艺

         

摘要

采用门式双丝埋弧焊机,焊丝直径φ4.8mm,焊接位置为船行焊,进行腹板板厚为20 mm的H型钢主体组合焊缝焊接工艺试验.分析试验结果,并借助建立T型接头焊接数学模型,合理调节焊接角度、焊丝偏心距离与焊缝熔合区位置之间的相互关系,并按数学模型设置焊接角度和焊丝位置,使腹板板厚为20 mm的H型钢在不开坡口的情况下,H型钢组合焊缝达到全熔透要求,UT探伤合格.并对试件进行机械性能取样,其焊接接头的冲击性能、硬度符合相关规范要求,同时进行宏观及微观金相分析,金相组织良好.%This research uses the gate type double wire submerged arc welding machine,welding wire diameter of 4.8 mm,fillet welding in the flat position,the welding process test of h-shaped steel body with a web thickness of 20 mm is carried out.The analysis of test results,and with the help of the mathematical model of the T joint,reasonably adjust welding angle,wire eccentric distance and the interrelation between the position of weld fusion zone,and set the welding angle and wire position according to the mathematical model,the web thickness of 20 mm of H-shaped steel,in the case of none groove,H-shaped steel combination of weld has reached the requirements of full penetration welds,UT inspection qualified.The mechanical properties of the specimens are sampled,the impact performance and hardness of the welded joints are in accordance with the requirements of the relevant specifications,and the metallographic structure is well formed from macroscopic and microscopic metallographic analysis.
