桥式起重机小车运行减速器断轴事故分析

         

摘要

The high-speed gear shaft of trolley running gearbox of 10+10t-28m overhead crane for the reconstruction project in a plant broke twice within a short time , with each breakage position at shaft-shoulder transition part.After verifi-cation, the broken shaft is consistent with national standards and design requirements .The paper calculates the impact load the trolley running mechanism has on the gearbox shaft from at brake , performs finite element analysis and verification by modeling in Solid Works Simulation.As a result, it's determined that the broken shaft is caused by the braking impact load, and the maximum instantaneous rotational speed allowable for the trolley running mechanism is deduced to guarantee the normal operation of the running mechanism .%某厂改造工程10+10 t-28 m桥式起重机小车运行减速器高速齿轮轴在短时间内两次发生断轴事故,断裂位置均在轴肩过渡位置,断轴材质经检验符合国标及设计要求.文中通过计算小车运行机构制动时对减速器齿轮轴的冲击载荷,并利用Solidworks Simulation软件建模进行有限元分析验证,确定断轴是由制动冲击载荷引起的,同时推导出小车运行机构制动时所允许的电机最高瞬时转速,以保证运行机构的正常工作.
