TROLLEY OPERATION CONTROL SYSTEM OF A CRANE FOR COMPLEMENTING DRIVING SAFETY BY INSTALLING DOUBLY A REDUCER SWITCH

PURPOSE: A trolley operation control system of a crane is provided to improve reliability for an operator by installing a magnet switch and a magnet actuator in a double structure in operating a trolley of a RTGC(Rubber Tired Gantry Crane). CONSTITUTION: A trolley operation control system of a crane is composed of two sets of first magnet switches(34) mounted at both sides of one side of a lower part of a trolley(33) of the crane to generate a signal; one set of second magnet switches(35,36) installed at the other side of the lower part of the trolley to generate a signal; two sets of first magnet actuators(37) arranged at both sides of an upper part of one girder(31) to control the operation of the trolley by receiving the signal from the first magnet switch in the access of the first magnet switch; and two sets of second magnet actuators(39,40) disposed at both sides of an upper part of other girder(32) to control the operation of the trolley by receiving the signal from the second magnet switch in the access of the second magnet switch.
