为了使起重机系列产品三维变型设计中,各模块明细表属性能够随着产品变更后的信息一致,属性链接零件配置信息,开发了基于三维明细表自动更新的智能模块体程序,通过遍历装配体,提取零部件数量、名称等知识,利用知识推理技术,自动更新明细表行数、行距、列宽等属性信息,同时对于大型复杂产品,明细表超出图框以外能够自动折断换行,实现了三维转向二维明细表信息的无缝对接。该模块通用性、适用性强,解决了三维设计中明细表信息修改繁琐、易错的难题。%To make sure that the properties of each module list are consistent with the updated data and the property is linked to the component configuration information in the 3D variant design of crane-related products,the paper developes an intelligent module program based on auto updating of 3D list,which can automatically update the number of lines,line spacing,and column width,and other properties by traversing the assembly body,getting the number of parts,and part name using the knowledge inference technique.In the meantime,for large-scale complicated products,the list is capable of automatic line feeds and seamless joint of 3D converting to 2D list data.The module is can be widely applied and can solve complicated and fallible problems in the list information in 3D design.
