港口胶带卷取设备及应用

摘要

采用机械摩擦传动原理研制一套胶带卷取设备,将两卷胶带合二为一,由此解决了超长胶带的运输问题以及之后的合并难题,从而减少长胶带的胶接点,以降低长距离带式输送机故障率,延长胶带的使用寿命,降低港口的综合维护费用.%A set of tape coiling equipment is developed based on the principle of mechanical friction transmission with two rolls of tape combined into one. With the equipment, transportation of ultra-long tape and subsequent combination will no longer be a problem. It requires less adhesive point of long tape, thus lowering failure rate of long-distance belt conveyor, extending the service life of the tape, and saving the port's comprehensive maintenance costs.
