基于Ansys的DCY40胶轮车车架有限元分析

         

摘要

DCY40胶轮车是为适应新街煤矿斜井隧道长距离、大坡道而自主研发的主要配套设备,胶轮车车架是承载的主要部分,由于对斜井运输胶轮车研究得较少,其强度和刚度能否满足斜井隧道运输各工况的要求对隧道施工的安全和效率至关重要,因此,需要对强度和刚度进行校核.通过对胶轮车平地运行负载试验工况、负载匀速下坡工况和负载紧急制动工况车架应力应变进行有限元分析,得到最大应力和最大变形的位置和数值.分析表明,三种工况下,车架强度和刚度基本满足要求,而且负载下坡制动时,在惯性力影响下,车架最大应力与应变的大小和位置与匀速下坡工况相比发生了明显变化.并且通过分析各工况下的局部应力集中,对胶轮车车架的设计提出了改进建议.%DCY40 rubber-wheel vehicle is self-developed main supporting equipment for long-distance and steep-gradient inclined shaft tunnel of Xinjie coal mine. Its frame is the main bearing part of the vehicle. Little research has been done on rubber-wheel vehicles used for inclined shaft so far, and its strength and rigidity, which must comply with requirements on the transportation in inclined shaft tunnels under various working conditions, are crucial to the safety and efficiency of tunnel construction, requiring check on the safety and efficiency. Finite element analysis are conducted to study the stress and strain of the frame under load flat ground condition, load downhill uniform speed condition and emergency braking condition. Analysis shows that the strength and rigidity of the frame are basically as required under the three conditions, and the magnitude and location of maximum stress and strain of the frame under load emergency braking condition are obviously different from those obtained under load downhill uniform speed condition due to inertia force. In addition, the paper presents suggestions on improving the design of the frame of rubber-wheel vehicle based on analysis of local stress concentration under different working conditions.
