基于“微课题研究”的植物生理学实验教学探索

             

摘要

让学生参与课题研究、体验科研过程是培养学生创新思维能力最有效、最直接的手段。在实验课程的教学中教师面临的最大挑战是激发学生的学习热情。文章以普通师范院校植物生理学实验课教学为例,将经典的实验设计成微课题形式,通过引导学生参与课题研究,帮助学生理解最基本的原理,提高他们的学习兴趣,培养科学的思维能力。文章设计了适合大班上课的教学程序和能指导学生有目的学习的评价体系,达到在大班教学中引导学生有效开展课题研究的目的。%Students participating in project research and experiencing the process of scientific research is the most effective and direct means to cultivate their creative thinking ability. One of the greatest challenges teachers facing in experimental curriculum is to arouse studentsˊ learning enthusiasm. The paper takes the ex-perimental teaching of plant physiology in general normal universities as example,creates a series of mini -projects from classic experiments,leads students participate in the project research,and then helps students know the basic principle,improves their learning interest and scientific thinking ability. And the teaching pro-gram adapt to large classes and evaluation system for students purposefully learning are designed in the paper, in order to lead students effectively carry out project research in large classes.
