美国生命科学人才培养改革新动向探析

摘要

The paper illustrates the cores,the targets and the contents of the talents training model re-form in American biological science by the analysis of the life science education reform in American universi-ties. At the same time,it predictes the latest trend of American life science reform:locating new biology re-search framework of the 21 st century;making effort to build the″ core″ concept and ability of university bio-logical education;actively promoting research-oriented teaching and discovery learning;and reforming the examination pattern. The paper is aimed to provide reference for training talents in China biological science.%文章通过分析美国大学生命科学教育改革的相关内容，阐述了美国生物科学领域人才培养模式改革的核心、目标与内容，预测了美国生命科学改革的最新动向：定位21世纪新生物学的研究框架；着力构建大学生物科学教育“核心”概念和能力；积极推进研究型教学和发现学习；改革考试模式。以期为我国生物科学人才的培养提供借鉴。
