工程清单编制及固化清单的重要性

摘要

In order to standard the market management of highway bidding project,reasonably reduce construction costs and maintain the development of engineering construction,on the basis of the tender documents of highway engineering standard construction,combining with the characteristics of valuation for bill of quantities,and the bill of quantities is provided by public bidding unit,the bid invitation unit autonomously bids according to market quotations and enterprise actual situation,after the examining and verifying by bid evaluation committee,the low bid wins the bidding or the winner approaches composite bid.The mode of bill of quantities is the public bidding way which is generally used in our country.%为进一步规范公路工程招投标的市场管理,合理降低工程造价,维护工程建设发展,根据《公路工程标准施工招标文件》的要求,结合基于工程量清单计价的特点,由招标单位提供工程量清单,投标单位根据市场行情和本企业实际情况自主报价,经评标委员会审核低价中标或接近复合标价的工程造价计价模式。以工程量清单类型招标是我国普遍采用的招标方式。
