大纵坡路段沥青层剪应力的影响规律研究

         

摘要

应用Bisar3.0程序计算软件对标准设计状态(工况1)和重载高温状态(工况2)下,不同水平荷载系数下沥青层内剪应力分布规律进行研究,而后在重载高温状态下,计算不同纵坡坡度下沥青层的剪应力变化规律.结果表明:水平荷载对沥青层剪应力具有显著的影响,在进行抗剪强度验算时是必须予以考虑的因素,其影响范围随水平荷载系数的增大而增大,主要影响范围为0~12cm,而纵坡坡度对沥青层剪应力的影响十分有限,其影响范围随坡度增大而增大,主要影响范围为0~3cm,在进行抗剪强度计算时可以忽略纵坡坡度对沥青层剪应力的影响.从计算结果可知,当考虑水平荷载时,重载高温状态比标准设计状态下沥青层受力状态更为严峻,更容易发生剪切破坏而导致路面车辙的形成.%Analysis asphalt layer shear stress distribution under standard design state (state 1) and heavy-load and high-temperature state (state 2) with different levels of horizontal load coefficient by Bisar3.0 , and then, analysis asphalt layer shear stress distribution rule of different longitudinal slope gradient under heavy-load and high-temperature state.The results show that : the level of horizontal load on the asphalt layer shear stress has a significant impact, the check of shear strength must be considered, its sphere of influence with horizontal load coefficient increases, the main effect is in the range of 0~12cm, and longitudinal gradient on asphalt layer shear stress effect is very limited, the influence of range with the slope increased, the main effect is in the range of 0~3cm, the calculation of shear strength can be neglected.From the calculating results, when considering horizontal loads, asphalt layer stress state is more serious under heavy loads and high temperature condition than standard design state, more prone to shear damage to pavement rut formation.
