水灰比对再生骨料混凝土碳化性能影响试验研究

         

摘要

再生骨料混凝土的碳化性能与骨料、水灰比等因素有关.文章通过再生骨料混凝土的快速碳化试验研究了水灰比为0.40、0.50、0.60,再生骨料掺量为40%、60%、100%下混凝土和普通混凝土抗碳化性能的变化情况.研究表明:再生骨料混凝土的碳化深度随着水灰比的增大而增大,再生骨料掺量及碳化周期对该趋势并没有影响;普通混凝土较之于适量掺加再生骨料的混凝土,碳化深度变化率受水灰比影响更大;随着再生骨料掺量的增加,再生骨料混凝土在高水灰比条件下的抗碳化能力增大.但当再生骨料掺量增大至100%时,其抗碳化能力随之下降,再生骨料掺量的影响与水灰比是相关的.%The carbonation resistence of recycled aggregate concrete is related to aggregate, water cement ratio and other factors.The changes of carbonation resistance are studied with rapid carbonation test of recycled aggregate concrete, whose water-cement ratio is 0.40, 0.55, 0.65 and recycled aggregate content is 40%, 0.60, 60%, 100%, and ordinary concrete.The results show that the recycled aggregate concrete carbonation depth increases with water cement ratio, while the recycled aggregate content and carbonation cycles have no effect on the trend;comparing to the recycled aggregate concrete, the carbonation depth change rate of ordinary concrete is greater influnced by the water cement ratio;carbonation resistence of recycled aggregate concrete increase with high water cement ratio by adding recycled aggregate.However, when the content of recycled aggregate increases to 100%, the anti carbonation ability decreases, so the effect of the amount of recycled aggregate is related to the ratio of water to cement.
