超高性能纤维混凝土加固公路桥梁的分析与评定

         

摘要

以CFRP加固后的重庆某大桥单片中板为研究对象,进行单梁有限元模型的建立,对CFRP加固预应力空心板的承载能力进行分析.结果表明:CFRP加固对延缓裂缝的出现影响较小;但CFRP加固能有效制约裂缝的进一步开展,提高梁体抗裂性能.CFRP加固能增强了主梁横向刚度,改善横向受力;跨中截面全部测点挠度减小幅度集中在9.8%~19.5%之间.CFRP加固能有效减小正常使用下的跨中截面变形;CFRP与钢筋混凝土经过协同作用可改善整个主梁受力.在受拉区,CFRP加固可有效减小混凝土最大拉应力,增强结构变形能力;在受压区,CFRP加固对混凝土最大压应力基本无变化;CFRP加固可小幅提高动力特性和结构刚度,并能降低减小冲击系数.%This paper takes the monolithic slab of a bridge in.Chongqing as the research object,and establishes the single beam finite element model,and analyzes the bearing capacity of the CFRP strengthened prestressed hollow plate CFRP.The results show that CFRP reinforcement has little influence on the occurrence of delayed cracks;however,CFRP strengthening can effectively control the further development of cracks and improve the crack resistance of beams.CFRP strengthening can increase the lateral stiffness of the main beam and improve the lateral force;the deflection of all measuring points in the midspan section is concentrated between 9.8% ~19.5%.CFRP strengthening can effectively reduce the cross section deformation under normal use;CFRP and reinforced concrete can improve the force of the whole main beam through synergistic action.In the tensile zone of CFRP reinforced concrete can effectively reduce the maximum tensile stress and deformation capacity of reinforced structure;in the compression zone,the maximum compressive stress of the concrete reinforcement not change CFRP;CFRP reinforcement can slightly increase the dynamic characteristics and structural stiffness,and can reduce the impact coefficient.
