排水沥青混合料永久变形性能试验研究

             

摘要

It presents results of the research about permanent deformation of porous asphalt mixes using the uniaxial compression creep test.Tests were performed in different load stress and temperatures.Then,permanent deformation curve and creep rate curve for each test condition were obtained and the characteristic parameters of curves mentioned above were analyzed.Analysis results show that two stages of deformation developing curve were obviously observed from test data of porous asphalts using different aggregates.The rapid damage stage only appeared at high temperature or high stress.The slope of deformation curve and the intercept of creep rate curve which shows appropriately discrimination for material performance could represent high temperature stability of porous asphalt well.The performance of mixes using limestone aggregate are better than ones using basalt aggregates as the former mixes have better gradation,but it shows more sensitive to temperature and stress variations.%采用单轴重复加载蠕变试验研究不同温度和不同应力条件下PA-13排水沥青混合料永久变形性能,给出了采用不同集料类型的PA-13排水沥青混合料永久变形曲线,分析了不同试验条件下材料永久变形及蠕变率曲线的特征参数变化规律,以此对排水沥青混合料高温稳定性进行评价.研究结果表明:不同集料的排水沥青混合料永久变形曲线呈现两阶段变化规律,迅速破坏的第三阶段只在高温高应力水平下才较为明显;随着温度及应力水平变化,永久变形曲线斜率b和蠕变率曲线截距a的变化规律能够表征材料高温性能,两个指标具有较好的区分度;采用石灰岩集料的排水沥青混合料由于较好的级配使其初始高温性能较好,但对于温度和应力水平影响的敏感性更大.
