天津滨海新区高技能人才需求分析与对策研究

摘要

With the fast economic and social development in Tianjin Binhai New Area, the shortage of high-skilled talents tends to be obvious. In the secondary industry, the demand in manufacturing is holding the dominant status. The tertiary industry is seriously short of talents and the overall quality can＇ t satisfy the demand in Binhai New Area. Thus, it is the important approach to urge the team construction of high-skilled talents by reforming the cultivating mode of high-skilled talents, constructing the cultivating base for talents in short supply, promoting the cultivating project on high-skilled talents in enterprises, making the growing terrace for high-skilled talents and building the supporting system for the team construction of high-skilled talents.%随着天津滨海新区经济社会的快速发展，高技能人才短缺的状况日趋明显。在第二产业中，制造业的需求占主体地位，第三产业人才严重不足，整体素质难以满足新区发展的需要。因此，改革高技能人才培养方式、建设紧缺技能人才培养基地、推动企业高技能人才培养工程、打造高技能人才成长平台、构建高技能人才队伍建设的支撑体系是推进高技能人才建设的重要途径。
