高职“三校生”职业素养个性化教育培养方法探析

     

摘要

随着高职院校将招生对象扩展到技工学校、中专学校、职业高中等应届毕业生,这些学生极大地补充了高职院校的生源,但与此同时也给高职院校管理带来一定的难度和问题。在明确“三校生”职业素养个性化教育必要性的基础上,提出通过采取建学习俱乐部,树立学生自信心;小班授课,一对一辅导;以就业为目的,独立设置课程;改变授课方式,促进师生交流的“三校生”职业素养个性化教育的培养方法。%As students recruitment is expanded to technical, secondary and vocational middle schools, those students make up for the student sources in higher vocational colleges. However, they bring management difficulties and problems to higher vocational colleges at the same time. Based on the necessity of personalized training their professional quality, some training methods are put forward, such as building study club, establishing students' confidence, teaching in small classes, tutoring one by one, offering independent courses, changing teaching ways and promoting communication between teachers and students.
