高职专业群建设背景下高素质技术技能人才培养--以湘菜产业特色专业群为例

摘要

Under the new era background, high quality technical and skilled talent is the scientific positioning of talents training type by higher vocational education. Through the analysis of current existing problems in the talents training, and taking Hunan cuisine industry characteristic specialty group as an example, the paper explores technical skilled talents training under the background of specialty group construction, and it puts forward the countermeasure suggestions of clearing orientation of talents training, innovat⁃ing talents training mode, pushing school-enterprise cooperation, deepening teaching reform.%高素质技术技能人才是新的时代背景下对高职教育人才培养类型的科学定位。分析当前高素质技术技能人才培养存在的问题，结合湘菜产业特色专业群为例，探讨在专业群建设背景下的技术技能人才培养，并提出明确人才培养定位、创新人才培养模式、推进校企合作、深化教学改革和完善人才培养质量评价体系等对策建议。
