招工招生一体化现代学徒制实践途径探析--以福建省校企合作模式为例

     

摘要

高职院校与企业开展招工招生一体化现代学徒制改革,是国家发展高职教育推进校企合作的一项重要举措。针对开展招工招生一体化现代学徒制改革中面临着缺乏纵深发展长效动力机制、政府主导与支撑力度不足、制度和法律保障措施不力、利益诉求冲突、风险不可预测等困境,从遴选对象、管理运行模式及试点推广等方面探讨高职院校招工招生一体化现代学徒制的实践途径。%As an important measure to develop higher vocational education and promote school-enterprise cooperation, higher voca⁃tional colleges and enterprises have carried out a reform on modern apprenticeship with students recruitment integrating employ⁃ment. This paper first points out the difficult situations encountered in the reform, such as lacking a long-term dynamic mechanism for further development, inadequate guidance and support from government, weak institutional and legal safeguarding measures, con⁃flict of interest demands and unpredictable risks, etc. Then, from the aspects of selection objects, management operation mode and pilot promotion, this paper analyzes the practice approach of modern apprenticeship with students recruitment integrating employ⁃ment in higher vocational colleges.
