高职院校文化建设的策略研究——基于高职办学新特征的视角

摘要

推进高职院校文化建设是深化高职教育模式改革、增进高职内涵建设、提升人才培养质量的必然要求和本质目标.基于高职教育的办学新特征,应加强多元文化整合,加强教学过程的要素文化整合效能,建构、创新和丰富文化生态环境,形成深具特色的高职文化,以提升高职教育质量.%Pushing on the cultural construction in higher vocational colleges has been the necessary requirement and natural objec?tive to deeply reform higher vocational education model, advance construction of higher vocational education connotation and en?hance the quality of talents training. Based on the new characteristics of school-running of higher vocational education, higher voca?tional culture with characteristics is formed through strengthening the multivariate cultural integration, strengthening the effective?ness of essential factor cultural integration in the teaching process, construction, innovation and enrichment of cultural ecological en?vironment in order to improve the quality of higher vocational education.
