职业教育是促进经济社会发展和劳动就业的重要途径．中等职业教育担负着培养大量高素质劳动者和技能人才的重要任务。随着当前办学规模不断扩大，中职教师数量和质量不足问题日益突出．如何建设一支高素质的中职教师队伍．满足中职教育的发展需要，成为各方关注的热点问题。本文通过对广西中等职业学校教师的抽样调查．探索当前中职教师队伍存在的主要问题．并提出相应的解决对策。%Vocational education is a basic and important channel to promote economic and social development and employment. Secondary vocational education plays an important role in training large quantity and high quality workers and skillful personnel. With the expanding of current school,the insufficient number and low quality of in--service teachers has become a serious problem. How to construct a high quality secondary vocational teacher team to meet the need of secondary education is coming to a focus of almost every social party. Through the sampling survey on the secondary vocational teacher of Guangxi , this article tries to find out the main problem of the current situation in the secondary vocational teacher team,then put forward some corresponding countermeasures.
