地方教学型本科院校广电专业人才培养模式探究

摘要

地方教学型本科院校的广播电视新闻学专业应从办学实际出发，在培养定位上从“广电专门人才”向“大传媒应用型人才”延伸；在培养平台上从“实习基地”向“自主构建”拓展；在培养体系上从“单一性”向“层级性”升级。%The radio and television journalism of local instructional undergraduate colleges should proceed from actual conditions. The training target should be extended from ＂specialized personnel of radio and television＂ to ＂applied talents of the mass media＂. The training system should be improved from ＂oneness＂ to ＂multi-level＂.
