高职高专院校大学生党员教育管理机制创新的研究与实践--以桂林师范高等专科学校为例

The education and management of college student party members play an important role in ensuring their quality and playing their vanguard and exemplary role.In the study of the weaken status quo and its reasons of the education and manage-ment among vocational college student party members,Guilin Normal College has positioned proportional amount for college student party members by combining school center work,defining their obligation of service,and prompting the college students’party construction work toward pragmatic direction.%大学生党员教育管理工作对确保大学生党员质量、发挥大学生党员的先锋模范作用有着重要的作用。在研究高职高专院校大学生党员教育管理工作弱化现状及其原因的基础上，桂林师范高等专科学校从结合学校中心工作的角度，对大学生党员进行设岗定责，进一步明确了大学生党员的服务义务，促使大学生党建工作向更加务实的方向发展。
