对江苏地区部分地方本科高校122名师范毕业生的问卷调查表明,师范生在职业认知、职业能力和职业情感方面均有所欠缺。本文从学校和师范生本人两个角度分析了原因,并从完善教师教育课程体系、开展师范特色的社会实践和校园文化活动、扎实推进教育实践工作以及重视师资队伍建设等方面提出了师范生职业素养的提升策略。%By surveying the professional quality of 122 normal students in local colleges and universities in Jiangsu province,it has been found out that normal students’occupational understanding,capabilities and emotions were defective.This paper ana-lyzed the reasons from two aspects of colleges and students themselves.To further enhance normal students’professional quali-ty,colleges and universities should improve the teacher education curriculum systems,carry out the social practice and campus activities with normal characteristics,propel education practices and enhance the construction of teaching staffs.
