面向现代企业需求的化工类人才培养模式改革

摘要

随着知识经济的发展,现代企业对人才的需求与时俱进。本文从高等院校化工类人才培养模式存在的问题出发,结合湖北省石油和化工行业的区域经济背景,以武汉工程大学化工类人才培养为出发点,探索适应面向现代企业需求的化工类人才培养模式。%With the development of the knowledge economy,the key factor for the competition among modern enterprises is talents.However,our universities have been following the traditional mode of specialized talents education,which seriously restricted the development of the applied and innovative talents.In this paper,we describe and analyze the urgency and importance of education reform for chemical talents from the point of modern enterprise and the status of Hubei petroleum and chemical industry,and propose some relevant cultivation strategy to meet the demand of modern enterprise.
