弹性支承块式无砟轨道支承块的合理埋深研究

         

摘要

The system of elastic bearing block ballastless track has been widely applied to the transportation construction of railways and urban rails all over the world.A finite element analysis model has been herein made specially for it to discuss about the buried depth of bearomg block,which have an influence on the dynamic gauge widening in the passen-ger dedicated lines with a design speed of 200 km/h,250 km/h and 300 km/h,as well as mixed line for passenger and freight trains in initial stage.The result shows that the deeper the elastic bearing block ballastless track is buried,the stronger the track resistance to the transversal deformation of wheeltrack will be;from the track deformation perspective, the elastic bearing block ballastless track is suitable especially for a design speed of 200 km/h in passenger special line, and for a passenger and freight train at the speed of 200 km/h,the rational value of buried depth of bearing block for the elastic bearing block ballastless track should be 130mm or above.%弹性支承块式无砟轨道系统在世界各国铁路和城市轨道交通建设中得到广泛应用,文中建立了弹性支承块式无砟轨道支承块埋深有限元分析模型,探讨了设计速度200 km/h、250 km/h、300 km/h客运专线,以及初期兼顾货运或客货共线快速铁路支承块埋深对轨头横移的影响。计算表明:弹性支承块式无砟轨道支承块埋得越深,轨道抵抗轮轨横向变形的能力越强。从轨道几何形位变化评判角度,弹性支承块式无砟轨道可应用于设计速度200 km/h客运专线或设计速度200 km/h客货共线铁路,弹性支承块式无砟轨道支承块合理埋深应在130 mm以上。
