高速铁路信号系统联调联试中若干问题的分析与对策

         

摘要

随着我国高速铁路的快速建设,信号系统的整体质量和综合性能得到进一步完善和提升,但在信号系统联调联试过程中会遇到很多问题。针对这些典型问题,文章简要概述高速铁路信号系统的主要结构、高速铁路信号系统联调联试的必要性、高速铁路信号系统联调联试的主要内容,重点分析了高速铁路信号系统联调联试期间的一些典型案例,如正线上有25-7 Hz切换码、1LQ区段太短、侧线接车时列车非正常制动、上行3G侧线通过进路无码、铁路局分界口DMI报无线超时制动、信号机USU信号突变为红灯问题等,通过现场工程经验和反复试验的方法,对联调联试中发现的典型问题进行深入分析、总结并提出了解决这些典型问题的有效对策,如修改列控制中心的发码时间、延长1LQ长度、延长轨道区段长度、装设道岔跳线、修改上海局MSC配置参数、修改信号机点灯电路等,最终使高速铁路顺利开通。%With the rapid construction of high-speed railway in our country, the overall quality and comprehensive per-formance of signal system have a big progress. However, there are many problems in the integrated commissioning and testing of high-speed railway signalling. To solve these typical problems, the paper briefly summarizes the structure of high-speed railway signalling, the necessity of the integrated commissioning and testing of high-speed rail signalling and the main content the integrated commissioning and testing of high-speed railway signalling. The paper emphatically ana-lyzes some typical cases during the integrated commissioning and testing of high-speed rail signalling, for example, the 25-7 Hz code switching in main line, the 1LQ zone is too short, the train can not brake normally when will be driven to branch line, the question that there is no code in upstream passing route of 3G branch line, the DMI report Wireless timeout brake in boundary between railway administration and the question that USU signal turns into red light suddenly and so on. With the field engineering experience and trial and error, the paper analyzes and summarizes the typical problems which are encountered during the integrated commissioning and testing in depth and puts forward effective countermeasures which can solve the these problem , for example, modifying the time which TCC transmit electronic code, extending the length of the 1LQ, extending the length of the track section, installing a switch wire jumper, modif-ying configuration parameter of MSC, modifying lighting circuit of signal and so on. With the intention of making the high speed railway open smoothly.
