羚羊角脂类成分的提取与甲酯化条件优化

摘要

Objective To establish the best way for extraction and methylesterification of lipids in Saigae Ataricae comu. Methods The optimization of extraction and methylesterification for lipids in Saigae Ataricae comu were investigated.The effects of extraction efficiency, catalyst dosage, temperature and time were studied on the basis of suitable extraction and methylesterification being selected. Results The best extraction method was modified chloroform -methanol one. The best methylesterification was by a sulfuric acid-methanol method. Conclusion The optimized extraction and methylesterification can be used for identification of types and contents of lipids in Saigae Ataricae comu by gas chromatography.%目的 建立羚羊角脂类成分最佳提取与甲酯化方法.方法 对羚羊角中脂类成分提取与甲酯化条件进行筛选和优化,在选择合适的脂类提取方法和甲酯化方法基础上,分别考察提取时间对提取效率的影响及催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间对甲酯化效果的影响.结果 确定最佳提取方法为三氯甲烷-甲醇改良法,最佳甲酯化方法为硫酸甲醇法.结论 该提取与甲酯化条件可用于气相色谱法鉴定羚羊角中脂类成分的种类及含量.
