草乌配伍贝母对心肌细胞的毒性作用

         

摘要

Objective To study the toxic effects of the compatibility of aconitum and fritillaria on myocardial cells. Methods The in vitro toxicity on myocardial cells of suckling mice with the decoction of Radix Aconiti Kusnezoff or Bulbus Fritillaria thunbergii, and both combined were tested, and the effects of which on lactate dehydrogenase ( LDH ) , Ca2+ and suceinodehydrogenase (SDH) were analyzed as well. Results The content of LDH and Ca2+ in the cell transmitter was remarkably elevated at different degrees by the decoction of aconitum or fritillaria and their co-decoction, while the activity of SDH was significantly decreased. The toxicity of co-decoction was more significant than that of each decoction single. Conclusion The toxicity is obviously modified with the compatibility of aconitum and fritillaria, which confirming the scientific concept that " aconitum is against with fritillaria".%目的 研究草乌配伍贝母对心肌细胞的毒性作用方.法通 过体外细胞实验,测定草乌、贝母单煎液及其合煎液对乳鼠心肌细胞的毒性损伤,对乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、钙离子(Ca2+)和琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)的影响.结果 草乌、贝母单煎液及其合煎液均可不同程度使细胞递质中LDH和Ca2+含量显著升高,SDH活性显著降低,且草乌、贝母配伍应用后较单用草乌或贝母毒性明显提高.结论 草乌配伍贝母后可使其毒性作用明显增大,证实了“草乌反贝母”的科学性.
