Objective To establish an evaluation of standard value and measurement uncertainty of total ash and acid insoluble ash from Panax notoginseng. Methods To establish a mathematical model for calculating standard value and measurement uncertainty of panax ash and acid insoluble ash by analyzing various factors affecting measurement. Results The standard value and expanded uncertainty of panax ash and acid insoluble ash were (3. 83 ±0. 39 ) % and (0.21 ±0.04)%. Conclusion The method created show traceability and can be used to assign standard value for Chinese herbal medicine.%目的 建立三七总灰分和酸不溶性灰分标准值及不确定度评价方法.方法 考察中药材三七总灰分和酸不溶性灰分标准值测定过程中的各种影响因素,建立标准值及不确定度数学计算模型.结果 三七总灰分和酸不溶性灰分的含量定值结果及扩展不确定度值分别为(3.83±0.39)%,(0.21±0.04)%.结论 所建立的三七总灰分和酸不溶性灰分含量标准值及不确定度评价方法具备量值溯源性,可实现对中药材标准物质特性量的赋值,对于中药材的质量研究和标准研究具有重要意义.
