模糊综合评价模型在评标中的应用——以高校物资采购为例

This paper proposes a method to quantify the relationships of factors in universities procurement and bidding of materials, based on fuzzy theory and analysis of the representative factors in bidding decision. This model has universal significance of application.%对影响高校物资招标采购评标决策的典型因素进行了分析,运用模糊综合评价理论,将评标工作中与评标决策相关的各因素定量化,建立了模糊综合评价评标模型,其算法简单具有普遍的应用价值.
