构建了供应链面临的环境不确定性、伙伴间信息共享与运营绩效之间关系的理论模型，以广东省珠三角地区273家制造企业为研究对象，利用结构方程模型对环境不确定性、信息共享与运营绩效之间的关系进行实证研究。研究结果表明，信息共享对运营绩效有显著正向影响，客户不确定性对信息共享质量存在显著负向影响，技术不确定性对信息共享内容及信息共享质量均有显著正向影响。研究告诉企业管理者，在不确定日益增加的市场环境中，要善用不确定性，跟上行业技术快速更新换代的步伐，提高预测客户需求的准确度，同时善于与供应链伙伴进行信息共享来提高企业运营绩效，塑造自身竞争力。%The theoretical model of relationship among environmental uncertainty,information sharing and operation performance of a supply chain is proposed based on empirical test using data from 273 manufacturing companies in Pearl River Delta. The results show that information sharing influences operation performance positively,and customer uncertainty has a negative influence on information sharing,while the uncertainty of technology affects information sharing positively. These findings give managers some guidelines that they should not only catch up with the fast developing techniques but also improve the forecast of customer demand in order to improve information sharing with their parteners and their operation performance.
