铜锌复合污染对铜锈环棱螺CAT和SOD酶活性的影响

         

摘要

The effects of copper and zinc on activities of SOD and CAT in Bellamya aeruginosa were studied by semi-static test. Result showed that the Bellamya aeruginosa would not die when the drug was only the Cu2+(1.0 mg·L-1)or Zn2+(2.0 mg·L-1). However the death phenomena occurred in the most groups that treated with Cu2+and Zn2+in the different concentrations together. When the drug was only the Cu2+(0.1 mg·L-1)or Zn2+(1.0 mg·L-1),the activities of SOD and CAT were enhanced in the first and then decreased. And the activities of SOD and CAT in the most groups were higher than the contrast group. The activities of CAT in the groups that treated with Cu 2+(0.1 mg · L-1) and Zn2+(2.0 mg·L-1)were lower than the contrast group. And there were extreme significant difference(P<0.01 or P<0.001). All the activities of SOD in the groups treated with Cu2+(0.1 mg·L-1)and Zn2+(2.0 mg·L-1)were higher than the contrast group. But there are no significant difference(P>0.05). All the activities of SOD and CAT in the groups treated with Zn2+(1.0 mg·L-1)and Cu2+were lower than the group treated with only Zn2+.%以铜锈环棱螺为受试生物,采用半静态法研究了不同浓度的Cu2+、Zn2+复合污染对铜锈环棱螺肝胰腺SOD和CAT酶活性的影响.结果表明:单一Cu2+(1.0 mg·L-1)或Zn2+(2.0 mg·L-1)不会引起铜锈环棱螺死亡,但大多数Cu2+、Zn2+复合污染会引起铜锈环棱螺死亡.单一Cu2+(0.1 mg·L-1)或Zn2+(1.0 mg·L-1)处理时,铜锈环棱螺SOD和CAT酶活性均出现先增后降现象,而且绝大部分酶活性大于对照组.0.1 mg·L-1 Cu2+与2 mg·L-1 Zn2+复合污染时,铜锈环棱螺CAT酶活性均低于对照组,并且均达差异极显著水平(P<0.01或P<0.001).所有0.1 mg·L-1 Cu2+与2 mg·L-1Zn2+复合污染组铜锈环棱螺SOD酶活性却都高于对照组,而且差异均不显著(P>0.05).所有1.0 mg·L-1Zn2+与不同浓度Cu2+复合污染组铜锈环棱螺的SOD和CAT酶活性均比单一Zn2+处理组低.
