一种新型电永磁制动器结构设计及有限元分析

         

摘要

电磁作动器是一种得到广泛应用的运动和动力开闭控制执行装置.为提高其推力密度,尝试将永磁体引入电磁制动器的作动器中并设计一种新型电永磁作动器,在此基础上,提出一种新型电永磁常闭制动器.采用有限元法分析了电永磁作动器动作的可靠性及影响电磁吸力的因素;结果表明设计的常闭式电永磁制动器具有电磁吸力大、小电流可维持的优点.%The electromagnetic actuator is a kind of opening and closing control device that is widely used in motion and dynamic. For improving thrust density,this paper has been attempting to introduce permanent magnet into the actuator of electromagnetic brake and design a new type electromagnetic actuator,on this basis a new type of electro-permanent magnetic normally-off brake is presented. The finite element method has been applied to verify action reliability of electropermanent magnetic actuator and analyze influence factors on electromagnetic force;results demonstrate that safety electromagnetic brake designed in this paper has advantages such as large electromagnetic force and low current holding.
