护理干预对腰椎间盘突出症女性患者术后尿潴留的预防效果

摘要

Objective To investigate the preventive effects of nursing intervention on postoperative uroschesis in female pa-tients with lumbar disc protrusion. Methods 59 female patients with lumbar disc protrusion treated in Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December of 2013 to December of 2014 were randomly divided into control group and intervention group. Control group(29 patients)were given routine nursing,and intervention group(30 patients)were given nursing intervention. The nursing efficacies and degrees of satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results Compared with control group,the incidences of postoperative uroschesis and catheterization in intervention group were significantly lower and the degrees of satisfaction was significantly higher,and the differences were statistically significant(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion Nursing intervention could reduce the incidences of postoperative uroschesis and catheterization,relieve the pain of patients and improve the degrees of satisfaction.%目的：探讨护理干预在腰椎间盘突出症术后女性患者尿潴留预防中的应用效果。方法将广东省中医院2013年12月至2014年12月收治的59例腰椎间盘突出症女性患者随机分为对照组和干预组，均采取手术治疗。对照组29例患者给予常规护理，干预组30例患者实施系统护理干预。比较两组护理效果及患者满意度。结果干预组术后尿潴留发生率及导尿率均显著低于对照组，护理满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）。结论采取系统护理干预措施可有效降低尿潴留的发生率及导尿率，减轻患者痛苦，提高护理满意度。
