目的：分析宫腔内人工授精时机对妊娠结局的影响。方法选取行IUI助孕的756例患者，根据促排卵方法及授精时机的不同分为4组：自然周期排卵前授精组（A组）、自然周期排卵后授精组（B组）、刺激周期排卵前授精组（C组）和刺激周期排卵后受精组（D组）。对比分析4组妊娠率及流产率等情况。结果4组注入宫腔精子浓度差异无统计学意义。4组妊娠率分别为10.9%、10.0%、15.9%、19.4%，刺激周期人工授精妊娠率较高；B组妊娠率与D组比较，差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。4组流产率分别为0、6.2%、16.1%、17.8%，差异无统计学意义（P﹥0.05）。结论自然周期及刺激周期排卵前及排卵后均可进行人工授精，但刺激周期排卵后进行人工授精妊娠率更高。%Objective To investigate the influence of opportunities of intrauterine insemination on pregnancy outcome. Meth-ods 756 cases receiving intrauterine insemination were divided into four groups:IUI before ovulation in natural cycles( group A);IUI after ovulation in natural cycles(group B);IUI before ovulation in stimulate cycles(group C);IUI after ovulation in stimulate cycles( group D). The pregnant rates and abortion rates were compared. Results There were no significant differences in sperm concentration between four groups. The clinical pregnancy rates of four groups were 10. 9%、10. 0%、15. 9%、19. 4%respectively. There was a significant difference between group B and D. The abortion rates were 0,6. 2%,16. 1%,17. 8%, and the differences were not statistically significant. Conclusion IUI before or after ovulation could be carried out in both natu-ral and stimulate cycles,but IUI after ovulation in stimulate cycles had a higher pregnancy rate.
