建立健康人群和亚健康人群血糖参考区间的探讨

摘要

目的：探讨健康人群和亚健康人群不同年龄段血糖参考区间，为糖尿病的早发现、早预防、早干预，国家医疗重心前移政策提供科学依据。方法选择3个不同年龄段健康体检正常的人群各5000例，30～50岁年龄段的亚健康人群500例，在西门子1800全自动生化分析仪上分别检测空腹血糖（GLU），按照参考区间的建立方法分别建立不同人群各自年龄段的参考区间，比较分析健康人群和亚健康人群各年龄段血糖之间的差异。结果①健康人群血糖水平随年龄增长逐步增高，同一年龄段不同性别血糖水平不同，各组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；②不同年龄段不同性别健康人群的血糖参考区间不同（P＜0.05）；③同一年龄段健康男性血糖水平普遍高于同一年龄段健康女性；同一年龄段亚健康人群血糖水平明显高于健康人群，各组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论血糖指标随年龄增长而增加，建议各实验室根据当地实际情况结合不同的年龄、性别、人群建立各自的血糖参考区间。%Objective To Establish blood glucose reference range between health population and sub-health population of different ages in order to provide science foundation for earliestfinding,prevention,intervention of diabetes and our country’s medical and sanitation center of gravity ahead of schedule policy. Methods 5 000 health physical examination population of three different ages and 500 sub-health population aged between 35 and 50 were selected.They were also detected fasting blood glucose by XI MEN ZI Advia 1800 automated chemistry analyzer. Different reference range of different age and different crowd were established respectively and the differences between different age and different population were compared.Results ①The sugar level of health population was increasing with age,and the sugar level was different at different gender.There was striking different at different groups(P<0. 05 ).②The health population of different ages and different gender held different fasting blood glucose reference range(P<0. 05 ).③The level of male sugar was higher than that of the female at the same ages,and the sugar level of sub-health population was higher than that of the health population at the same age.There was striking difference at different groups.Conclusion Blood glucose is in-creasing in accord with ages.Suggest each lab had better establish respective reference range in according to different age, gender,population.
