“试点性操作模式”普及初级心肺复苏术的可行性研究

摘要

Objective To study the feasibility of “pilot operation mode”for popularizing primary cardiopulmonary resusci-tation.Methods Propaganda and education of primary CPR was implemented in Shangqiu City and Xingyang City from May 1, 2014 to June 15,2014.6 test sites were selected and 20 volunteers were solicited for primary CPR training from July 1,2014 to July 1,2015.The theoretical knowledge and practical ability of primary CPR before and after training were assessed and com-pared.Results The assessment results of theory and practice after training in 6 test sites were better than before,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion “Pilot operation mode”for popularizing primary cardiopulmonary resuscitation was feasible.%目的：探讨“试点性操作模式”普及初级心肺复苏术（CPR）的可行性。方法2014年5月1日至2014年6月15日在商丘市和荥阳市进行初级 CPR 宣教，2014年7月1日至2015年7月1日在商丘市和荥阳市分别选定6个研究试点，每个试点征集20位志愿者进行初级 CPR 培训，分别考核培训前后初级 CPR 理论知识和实践能力合格情况并进行对比分析。结果培训后两地各试点理论和实践考核结果均优于培训前，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论“试点性操作模式”普及初级 CPR 是可行的。
