睫状肌训练法防治青少年近视的临床效果研究

         

摘要

目的:研究睫状肌训练防治青少年近视的临床效果。方法选择9~10周岁、裸眼视力为1.0~1.2的男女学生各50名,设为预防班;裸眼视力为0.6~0.8的男女学生各50名,设为治疗班。各班均按每组男女学生各25人随机分为1个训练组和1个对照组。训练组采用睫状肌训练法进行训练,对照组仅进行防治近视的科普宣教。实验时间为18个月。比较两组患者的视力、屈光度、眼轴长度等改善情况。结果实验前,各组裸眼视力、屈光度及眼轴长度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P >0.05)。实验后,各班训练组裸眼视力均高于实验前,对照组裸眼视力均低于实验前,训练组裸眼视力均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);各班训练组屈光度均低于实验前,对照组屈光度均高于实验前,训练组屈光度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);各组实验前后眼轴长度比较,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论睫状肌训练对预防和治疗青少年近视均有明显效果。%Objective To study the clinical effects of ciliaris training in prevention of juvenile myopia.Methods 50 male and 50 female students aged from 9 to 1 0 years with uncorrected visual acuity ranging from 1 .0 to 1 .2 were selected as prevention class,and 50 male and 50 female students aged from 9 to 1 0 years with uncorrected visual acuity ranging from 0.6 to 0.8 were selected as therapy class.25 male and 25 female students in each class were randomized into training group or control group. Students in training groups were treated with ciliaris training while students in control groups were only treated with popularization and propaganda of myopia prevention.The experiment lasted for 1 8 months.The experimental period,students’eyesight,diop-ter and axial length were under compared.Results Before experiment,there was no statistically significant difference in uncor-rected visual acuity,diopter and axial length between two groups(P >0.05).After experiment,students’uncorrected visual acu-ity in training groups was higher than before and that in control groups was lower than before.Students’uncorrected visual acuity in training groups was significantly higher than that in control groups(P <0.05).Students’diopter in training groups was lower than before and that in control groups was higher than before.Students’diopter in training groups was significantly lower than that in control groups(P <0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in axial length not only between training groups and control groups but also before and after the experimental period(P >0.05).Conclusion Ciliaris training has an evident effect on the prevention and treatment of juvenile myopia.
