通心络联合芪苈强心胶囊对慢性充血性心力衰竭患者血管内皮功能的影响

摘要

Objective To explore the effects of Tongxinluo combined with Qiliqiangxin capsule on the vascular endothelial function of patients with chronic congestive heart failure (CHF).Methods Sixty patients with chronic congestive heart failure admitted in the First People''s Hospital of Shangqiu from February of 2015 to September of 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The patients in the control group were given Qiliqiangxin capsule on the basis of routine treatment, the observation group were given Tongxinluo combined with Qiliqiangxin capsule.The vascular endothelial function, cardiac function and therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results NO was increased, VEGF, ET-1 were decreased in both two groups after treatment.The observation group improved significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Heart function index, LVEDD, SV, LVEF, the level of CO of patients in the observation group after treatment were better than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total efficiency of the observation group was 96.67%, significantly higher than the control group with 73.33%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongxinluo combined with Qiliqiangxin capsule can significantly improve the vascular endothelial function and cardiac function of patients with chronic congestive heart failure.The clinical effect is satisfactory.%目的 探究通心络联合芪苈强心胶囊对慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血管内皮功能的影响.方法 选取2015年2月至2016年9月商丘市第一人民医院收治的慢性充血性心力衰竭患者60例为研究对象,使用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例.对照组在常规治疗基础上使用芪苈强心胶囊,观察组在常规治疗基础上接受通心络联合芪苈强心胶囊联合治疗.将两组患者血管内皮功能、心功能、治疗效果进行对比.结果 两组治疗后NO均有上升,VEGF、ET-1均有下降,观察组改善幅度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后心功能指标LVEF、LVEDD、SV、CO水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率96.67%明显高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 通心络联合芪苈强心胶囊能够显著改善慢性充血性心力衰竭患者血管内皮功能及心功能,疗效显著.
