目的 探讨CT在肺隔离症影像诊断中的应用价值.方法 选取2010年1月至2016年1月南阳市中心医院收治的经手术病理或血管造影检查证实为肺隔离症患者17例,通过对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,比较患者的X线平片诊断结果和CT诊断结果.结果 X线平片的诊断准确率为29.41%,CT诊断准确率为94.12%,CT诊断准确率明显高于X线平片(P<0.05);全部患者均存在肺内肿块异常密度灶,病灶全部集中于两肺下叶后基底段,且患者的CT检查征象各不相同,能对患者肿块与肺组织异常边缘情况进行清晰显示.结论 CT在肺隔离症影像诊断中的准确率较高,可清晰显示患者的肺组织病变情况,为临床治疗提供有效依据,临床实用性强,值得进一步推广应用.%Objective To explore the application value of CT in the diagnosis of pulmonary sequestration.Methods Seventeen patients with pulmonary sequestration treated by operation and pathology or DSA test in Nanyang Central Hospital from January of 2010 to January of 2016 were selected.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.The results of X-ray diagnosis and CT diagnosis were compared.Results The diagnostic accuracy of X-ray was 29.41%, and the accuracy of CT was 94.12%.The diagnostic accuracy of CT was significantly higher than that of X-ray (P<0.05).All the patients had abnormal density of lung mass, all the lesions were concentrated in the basal segment of the lower lobe of the left or right lung, the CT signs of the patients were different, and the abnormality edge of the tumor and lung tissue could be clearly displayed.Conclusion The accuracy of CT in the diagnosis of pulmonary sequestration is high, which can clearly show the pathological changes of lung tissue.It can provide effective evidence for clinical treatment and has strong clinical applicability.It is worthy to be further popularized and applied.
